This page describes the privileges available for each privilege status available on this wiki.

Reader Privileges

The lowest privilege status is that of Reader.
Everyone on the Internet can access all pages of this wiki as a Reader.
Those who would have more privileges when logged in have Reader privileges when not logged in.

The Discusser privilege status is that gained by anyone on the Internet when s/he has provided adequate identification to the Owners of the wiki, has been registered by them and has confirmed hir email address.
Discussers can make use of Username subpages Sandbox, Notes, etc which are hirs only.
Those with this privilege status can create their own Userpage and meta/talk/discussion comments to pages, including another person's User page.
Discussers can edit their own Userpage and meta/talk/discussion comments to pages, including another person's User page.

The Editor privilege status is gained by Discussers who have demonstrated significant interest in adding to the subject material of this wiki by way of making use of Discusser privileges and have requested this increase in privileges from the WikiWizards or accepted their invitation for such increase.
Editors have all those privileges of Discussers.
Editors can create and edit all non discussion/meta/talk pages.
Editors can upload files from a computer or URL and can overwrite an existing file (reupload).

The WikiWizard privilege status is gained by Editors who have demonstrated a high interest in the operation of the wiki to the Owners and a concurrent understanding and willingness to maintain and improve its technical features.
